Due to our business expansion, we are recruiting 1 entry-level experienced professionals (0-2 years professional experience) to fill the position of Research Analyst at Integral.
Research Analyst will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights by recognizing trends and anomalies in multivariate datasets. In order to use these insights for our client’s business improvement, this candidate should feel comfortable using their analysis to tell a story.

We help companies (currently most of our clients are Japanese top tier enterprises such as Toyota Motor, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Mitsui & Co., etc. and partly from Europe/US/Asian enterprises)key decision-makings such as market entry in China, strategic collaborations with Chinese companies, M&A and much more.

Responsibilities
- Work as business analyst in New Energy/Decarbonization/Digitalization & Energy field to work together with our senior research analysts to conduct fact-based research and analysis, primary research, and direct hearing to KOL.
- Assist with publication of research commentaries and papers.
- Prepare materials that summarize data and draw conclusions to support key business discussions
For first 2-3 months, you will get internship training before signing official employment contract.
Qualifications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Graduates from top tier universities and those who have a career aspiration in research and consulting field.
- Native in Chinese and Fluent in English or vice versa. Fluent in other language is a plus.
Remuneration
Base salary: 15K RMB /month
+ Year-end bonus (2 months base salary multiplied by individual KPI and company KPI)
+ Discretionary bonus
+ Overtime working compensation (in accordance with labour law in Shanghai)
+ 15 days annual leaves per year from entry level

+ Extensive knowledge and expertise in relevant industries.
Total yearly package : starting from 210-235K RMB / year, it will be adjusted every year up to your KPI performance (average increase in this position in 2022: 7-22%)
We offer first-path promotion opportunities based on your performance. Other basic package includes social insurances and housing funds. No limitation on household registration

1st step: Pre-interview session (casual talks with CEO (30min), online basis)
We invite only qualified candidates into this session. Please bring some Q&A about the position during the session
2nd step: 1st round interview with Directors (30-45min), online/offline basis
Official interview which includes case analysis
3rd step: 2nd round interview with Integral's Analysts/Consultants (30-45min), online/offline basis
4th step: Mini-assignment (Industry analysis in new energy/decarbonization topic in China, 1 week preparation period, deliver ppt for presentation)
5th step: Final interview with CEO (30-45min), online/offline basis
Please note that It takes 1-2 months to finish all the process to receive an offer letter.
